Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) constitute a legally binding set of rules governing your conduct when accessing or using any community features of the platform, including but not limited to chat systems, forums, user-generated content areas, and official communication channels.
By accessing or participating in any community interaction, you expressly agree to comply with these Guidelines.
Failure to comply may result in immediate enforcement actions without prior notice.
These Guidelines shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, AML & Compliance Policy, and Content Moderation Policy.
1. Standard of Conduct
You shall, at all times:
- Conduct yourself in a respectful, lawful, and non-disruptive manner
- Refrain from any conduct that may harm, intimidate, or inconvenience other users
- Ensure that all communications are appropriate for a public, regulated environment
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Use of abusive, threatening, defamatory, or obscene language
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or stalking
- Any conduct that may reasonably be interpreted as hostile or disruptive
We reserve sole discretion to determine whether any conduct breaches acceptable standards.
2. Anti-Discrimination and Hate Conduct
You are strictly prohibited from engaging in:
- Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
- Content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Cultural, religious, or social intolerance
Any such conduct shall be treated as a serious violation and may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning.
3. Prohibited Use of Community Channels
You shall not use the platform for any unauthorized, unlawful, or abusive purpose.
Strictly prohibited activities include:
- Advertising, solicitation, or promotion of third-party services
- Unauthorized affiliate links or commercial activities
- Spam, flooding, or automated messaging
- Distribution of malware, harmful code, or exploit tools
- Facilitation of illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or account trading
You shall not post, upload, or transmit:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Content involving minors
- Content infringing intellectual property rights
- False, misleading, or deceptive information
Impersonation of any person, including employees, moderators, or other users, is strictly prohibited.
4. Personal Data and Security
You must not:
- Disclose your own sensitive personal information in public channels
- Request, collect, or attempt to obtain personal data from other users
- Share account credentials, OTPs, or financial information
Any attempt to compromise user security or platform integrity shall be treated as a critical violation.
5. Moderation, Monitoring, and Enforcement
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All community activity may be monitored, recorded, and reviewed
- Content may be removed, modified, or restricted at our sole discretion
- Enforcement actions may be applied without prior notice
Enforcement measures include, but are not limited to:
- Warning notices
- Content removal
- Temporary suspension of features (chat, posting, interaction)
- Account suspension or permanent termination
Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent account closure and possible reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Reporting and Cooperation
You are required to:
- Report any suspected violations through official channels
- Cooperate with any investigation conducted by the platform
False reporting, abuse of reporting tools, or malicious complaints may result in sanctions.
7. Final Authority and Interpretation
All decisions relating to enforcement, interpretation, and application of these Guidelines shall be made at our sole discretion.
Such decisions shall be final and binding, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
